Reviewing an Entity’s strength, weakness, operational effectiveness, initial opportunities and supporting this with research and identified strategic options allowing the selection of the most promising ones and deciding how resources can be allocated across the enterprise to achieve desired objectives based on market dynamics.
Youth and Gender Support
Recognising Youth are the future and that gender issues are important, TAS works with youth organisation to strategise on their participation in economic and social development activities, with an emphasis on empowering women and the marginalised. The goal is to provide life learning skills and digital tools, coupled with mentoring and coaching for their wealth creation and realization of SDGs.
